HUNGER Handmade 3D Pop Up Rose Greeting Card (Q5421)

There is something about this card that tells you it’s hand-made and to me that says thought and quality. Plus a hand-made card is most welcome in this machine age where (at best) you have scanned in images. It’s well designed and it comes packaged in plastic and bubble-wrap so as to avoid damage. So someone really takes care and pride in their work. It’s a lovely greeting card that is perfect for just about any occasion.

It has a cut-out of a rose on the red front which lets the parchment inside show through and, when you open the card, a rose pops up. It’s made of two layers of heavy card-board and so won’t crumple easily. The envelope that comes with it is a pearlescent crème color with a faint diagonal grain to it that looks nice just fits. This is a good thing because at 5 by almost 6 inches, the card is not quite standard size.

It’s blank inside with rose motifs cut out on two of the corners allowing the red outer card to show through. Since there isn’t a greeting inside, you can use this card for any occasion—from birthday to anniversary.

So a lovely, hand-made greeting card. Now, the hard part. What shall I write in it?
